“This scarf is inspired by a piece of vintage trim made from two lengths of rick-rack which are twisted together and bordered with crochet to hold them in place. The two shades of fresh green used here bring to mind intertwined tendrils of ivy. The contrasting color waves are knit width-wise using increases and decreases to form the ripples. They are then twined together and stitched in place. A round of crochet slip stitch connects and finishes the edges.”
