Pocket Shawls are all the rage but adding a hood and a different design turns this pocket shawl into something extra. Stand out from the crowd wearing your own Ivy Hooded Pocket Shawl

The pattern is written out step by step and includes pictures for adding the optional hood and pockets.
There are also instructions for adding length and width so you can use any weight yarn and hook size.

Materials Needed:
Worsted Weight Yarn- Approximately 1200 total yards needed- I used 5 skeins of Yarn Bee Chloe in Breezy Sunrise- 270 yds per ball
7.00 mm or L size crochet hook Stitch markers
Yarn needle for weaving in ends Scissors
Measuring Tape

Gauge = 14 rows and 14 stitches using HDC in a 4x4in swatch. Gauge isn’t super important however if you have more stitches and rows in your swatch then your finished item may be too small likewise too few stitches can result in a much bigger finished item.

Stitches needed to know are- SC, HDC in BLO, DC, and Chaining. Instructions are included for any special stitches.

Pattern is suitable for an adventurous beginner or intermediate crocheter.

Pattern is written using US terminology.
