Ivy the Elephant Crochet Pattern

Materials needed:
Hook: F/3.75mm
Yarn: worsted weight in colors:
light grey, coral pink, light purple, and a small amount of black yarn or thread
Eyes: 12mm safety eyes
Yarn needle
Fiberfill
Scissors
Stitch Counter

Skills needed:
Sts: Stitches
Ch: Chain
Sl st: Slip Stitch
MR: Magic Ring
Sc: Single Crochet
Inc: Increase
Dec: Decrease
Hdc: Half Double Crochet
Hdcinc: Two half double crochet in next stitch
BLO: Work in the back loop only
Finish off: slip stitch in next stitch and cut yarn

Pattern notes:
The size of the elephant will be approximately 9.5” inches tall and 8 inches wide when finished.
If you are wanting a larger elephant, go up in hook size as well as yarn weight.
For a smaller elephant, go down in hook size and yarn weight.

Work in the round unless otherwise stated for each piece.
