Izzie the Axolotl uses a 3.25 mm hook, Hobbii Amigo yarn. Her friend Goldie measures 2 inches/5 cm, also made with Hobbii Amigo yarn. When using the recommended hook size, yarn and yarn under (x stitch), she measures 4.5 inches/11.5 centimeters long.

Other materials needed are:
10.5 mm safety eyes
Polyfill stuffing
Black embroidery thread

Some of the skills used in this pattern are chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, magic ring, increase, decrease, and finish off. The pattern includes complete assembly details with pictures.
