I wanted to write a pattern for a simple and sweet burial gown that would be suitable for boys too -
most of the patterns I found looked quite feminine.

So sad that these are needed - but I really hope this will bring comfort to a family at such a sad time in their lives.

Tension:
22sts = 4” (10cm)

Requires:
Around 28g of DK (8ply) yarn
4mm needles
2 buttons for the back (or a length of satin ribbon if preferred)
(and 3 buttons for the front - optional)

Full of simple dignity.
