It´s realy easy to create and makes a lot of fun!
You need some easy skills - chain, double crochet, slip stitch and single crochet.
As well you need:
aprox. 700g colorful yarn and/or rests
hook G

TIPP: I prefere for all my creations yarn called EASY or BRAVO from Schachermayr! There are so many colors, it´s realy comfortable to wear, it´s easy to wash (washing machine) and at least it´s cheap!
