Pattern designed by our friend bluesocks (a very talented lady) for Woolly Madly Deeply.

An easy pattern with helpful photographs, suitable for beginners at crochet. These simple crochet coasters are working in one piece and include both the long and short version of the pattern (long for beginners and short for experienced crocheters).

The sock yarn is used double stranded thoughout, or use a bulky yarn if you prefer. We used scraps of colours, it uses very little so we haven’t added yardage to the pattern and you can change colour easily as you go along should you need to.

A few people have used linen and cotton yarns to make these as face scrubbies for exfoliating their skin. Drops Belle would be a good choice
