“My design was influenced by the beautiful Rococo style of the Wallace Collection in London,” says Emma Vining. “It has a twisted stitch design around the neckline inspired by a semi-precious stone necklace, while the sleeves feature ‘bracelets’ at the wrist. The main body of the sweater is knitted in stocking stitch, which gradually changes to reverse stocking stitch with the twisted stitch necklace. An even tension is maintained by increasing for each cluster as it begins.”
