Jagger
Jagger is a slouchy hat knit in a rib pattern. The simple rib pattern creates a very interesting texture that looks great with either side out.
Gauge
26 sts and 28 rounds = 10x10 cm/4”x4” in Jagger Rib knit in the round with larger needle after blocking
Obtaining the correct gauge is not crucial, but any differences will affect the size of the finished hat.

Finished Measurements
41.5 (45: 52: 55.5: 59: 62.5) cm / 16¼ (17¾: 20½: 21¾: 23¼: 24½) inches circumference at widest point, 16 (18: 20: 22.5: 23.5: 25) cm / 6¼ (7: 7¾: 8¾: 9¼: 9¾) inches height. The sample is a size Adult S, shown on a 55 cm / 21½ inches head.

Approximately 85 (110: 135: 175: 215: 270) m/95 (120: 150: 190: 235: 295) y.
Sample made with MadelineTosh Tosh Dk (100% Merino, 206 m /225 y per skein) in colourway Silver Fox.
Needles:
· 80 cm/32” circular needle in each of the following sizes: 4.0 mm/ US 6 and 3.5 mm/ US 4 (or size to obtain gauge)
· 40 cm/16” circular needle or double pointed needles (dpns) in each of the following sizes: 4.0 mm/ US 6 and 3.5 mm/ US 4 for working in small circumferences (or size to obtain gauge) (optional)
40 cm/16” circular needles and dpns are optional if you prefer the Magic Loop Method for working small circumferences in the round.
