Jan 13, 2022: Pattern no longer available

I wanted to crochet a sort of manly looking hat for my boyfriend, but I was unsatisfied with most of the patterns I found that included the “cabled look” I was aiming for. So, I made this one!

This is the first pattern I’ve written, so please message me with errors or suggestions! Thanks.

Obviously if you use a thicker yarn or wish to make a hat for a smaller head size, you will need to adjust the pattern. There are a couple of projects on the projects page that give their changes if you’d like to try those. Please email me if you have any questions.
