The Jamie shawl is a worsted OR dk weight shawl that is a total mash up of all my favorite knitty things!

I LOVE the top down triangle… it’s my favorite shape to wear. I LOVE seed stitch, stockinette, stripes, texture, twisted rib (which make a small appearance in the spine), the constant change of stitches as I get bored very easily, and of course the I-cord bind off!
My hope is that some of my favorite things will become your favorites too.

One more thing… if you know us, you know that we love to hack patterns. This shawl is designed to be easily hacked to suit your knitting style. All of the sections can be swapped around, repeated as many times as you like and it can be knit with your favorite weight of yarn! Have fun making the Jamie Shawl your own.

Materials needed:
Worsted: approx. 600 yards and size 6mm needles
DK: Approx 725 yards and size 4.5 mm needles
Or size of needles to obtain gauge or the fabric that you like!
