Jammies
Happy Thanksgiving. Get 40% off any knitting patterns or eBooks in my Ravelry store through Nov 30, 2015 with discount code WHYKNOT at checkout here at Ravelry.
This is a pattern I developed for hand knit bags for an elegant presentation of jars of homemade or gourmet jelly, jams, sauces, or other canned goods.
The bags look lovely even with empty jars in them, standing on shevles. Or, fill the jars inside with buttons, shells, sea glass … anything that will show through the lacey design.
Use any sportweight or worsted weight yarn; I used linen in a sportweight for mine.
I put quite a lot of care into creating and publishing my knitting patterns, including features such as:
- Beautiful, scrapbook style full-color coversheet
- Complete list of materials and yardage requirements
- Color closeup photos of stitch patterns with detailed instructions
- Personal journal page for your own project notes and photo
- Black and white reference photo for easier color visualization
