A crochet pattern of the literary giant Jane Austen recreated as a tea cosy. She would enhance any tea-pot!

The pattern contains full step-by-step instructions, tips and photographs as a guide. I have designed this pattern to be manageable at an advanced beginner level. To complete it you will need to be able to make a magic ring, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, work around post, skip stitches, increase, decrease and have basic sewing skills.. There are many useful tutorials online if you are unfamiliar with any of the stitches used.
