Jane.2 is an updated version of a pattern that originally appeared in Shibui Luxury.

Jane.2 features a different yarn (Shibui Knits Baby Alpaca DK), and has been modified for an improved fit.

These fingerless mitts are knit flat, and have one pattern on the palm, another for the back of the hand.

The mitts can be worn on either hand, allowing the wearer to choose which pattern they want featured on the back of the hand.

Mitts shown took 48 g Baby Alpaca; most knitters will be able to get two pair out of a single skein.
