Japanese Lanterns
If you have problem to understand “Interlaced Stitch”, check http://www.dandoh.com/errata.
I explained the different way to work Rows 1-2.
This is a very simple and useful wrap. You can tailor this wrap to your lifestyle by working it in a heavier weight yarn if you live in a cold area, knitting it in linen to protect yourself from air-conditioning in the summertime, or using a shimmery or sparkly yarn for going out at night. The length is easy to adjust if a shorter or longer wrap would be more flattering on you.
NOTIONS
Smooth waste yarn for provisional cast-on; tapestry needle.
