All the best & keep crafting!

Ice clings to dried blooms and twigs, transforming them into sparkling sculptures that catch the winter light. Wearing an icy coat, flora turns into a magical spectacle that shines with a quiet beauty. All is peaceful. Frosted leaves dust the lawns. I hear the gravel crunch softly beneath my feet on the snow-dusted paths.
The Jardin du Nord cowl / scarf is inspired by winter in a formal garden. Its name means Northern Garden in French. The cowl / scarf combines mosaic with slip-stitch, textured and striped patterns for playfulness and variation in knitting and wearing. The stitch patterns are reminiscent of the parterres, hedges and meticulously polished landscape of a formal garden. Take a winter stroll along with us and knit your own Jardin du Nord!

For best effect, use a rather smooth, round yarn with reasonable stitch definition. Yarn weights ranging from Fingering to Aran would be suitable. As for colorways, I would recommend 2 contrasting colorways: 1 solid, semi-solid, or gradient + 1 solid, semi-solid, gradient, self-striping, or tonal variegated yarn.
