CROCHET NAPKIN SERVIETTE RING - worked with the Jasmine Stitch - PDF Crochet Pattern
Great for learning the Jasmine Stitch: This project is intended for intermediate crocheters and up. You need to know crochet terminology, the basic crochet stitches, and how to read a pattern. However, you do not need Jasmine Stitch experience to dive in! This is a perfect project if you are trying the Jasmine Stitch for the first time.
English (US standard terms) and Norwegian instructions included in each purchase.
Decorate your Easter Table with gorgeous Jasmine Stitch Napkin Rings! This PDF crochet pattern includes everything you need to know to make your own gorgeous napkin rings.
The Jasmine Stitch texture make these decorations stand out. No one you know will have anything like these!
The napkin rings whip up fast, require very little yarn and are perfect Easter gifts for friends, mothers, aunts, daughters, grandmothers, colleagues or neighbours - everyone will love them!
The rings require very little yarn - a perfect way to put those yarn leftovers to good use! You use less than 20 meters for one ring.
Once you have gotten the hang of the Jasmine stitch, the rings are quick makes. You can make many - for you and your fam/friends, or to sell at markets or as gifts!
The pattern includes a detailed, photo tutorial taking you through the jasmine stitches, step by step. I take you through everything from beginning to end.

Measurements: Height: approx. 2.5cm (1”). Circumference: approx. 14cm (5.5”). Instructions for how to customize to any size is included!
Yarn: I suggest using leftover yarn from your stash. You need less than 20 meters/22 yards for one ring. You can use Baby Merino from Drops Design (175meter (191yrds) / 50grams (1.8oz)) or other Sport/5 ply yarn types. However, lots of different types of yarn will work well for this project. Try out yarn from your stash and find your favorite! If you work with thinner yarn, pull the loops a little bit shorter (your ring will become slightly bit smaller). If you work with thicker yarn, pull the loops a little bit longer (your ring will become slightly larger).
Note that I recommend “compressible” yarn. By that I mean yarn that becomes nice and flat when pressed between your fingers. You need compressible yarn to get full petals while keeping the flower centers small. Getting beautiful petals when working with less compressible yarn (like many types of ”regular” 100% cotton yarn), can be difficult. I suggest trying out wool.
Gauge: When crocheting the Jasmine Stitches, pull the loops to about 1cm (0.39”), if crocheting with the suggested yarn. The length of the loops decides the gauge (and the size of the ring) – not the hook size you are using.
Hook size: 2.5mm.
You also need: Scissors, Yarn Needle, and Tape Measure.
