Jasmine Seat Cushion
This Hexagon Crochet Chair Cushion Pattern helps you create an extra thick, felted Crochet Seat Cover! This bench seat pad is perfect for comfortable Outdoor Seating this Summer!
English (US Standard Terms) and Norwegian version included in each purchase (Downloadable PDF).
The Crochet Seat Cushion is great as a deck chair pad, bench seat mat, beach mat, school bleacher seat pad, floor seat mini rug or as seat mat for children or kids at school and pre-school. This crochet seat mat is super versatile!
This Crochet Chair Cushion is also a great gift, for pensioners, hikers, parents, daughters, sons, friends, co-workers or for anyone how likes sitting comfortably, being outside hiking or in the garden.
The diameter of the Seat Pad is about 42cm/17 inches after felting.
The Modern Felt Crochet Chair Pad is crocheted using the gorgeous Jasmine Stitch. The pattern includes a detailed, step-by-step photo tutorial of how to work the Jasmine Stitches required. I will guide your through everything, from beginning to end! You do not need Jasmine Stitch experience to make this trivet. Experience level required: Intermediate(+)
If this is your first time working the Jasmine Stitch, making the seat mat will be easier (and less frustrating. And more enjoyable) if you learn the stitch back and forth first (or in the round without increases). I therefore recommend first-timers to try out one of these designs before crocheting the pads:
the Jasmine Headband (https://bit.ly/JasHeadband)
the Jasmine Cowl (https://bit.ly/JasCowl)
the Jasmine Beanie (https://bit.ly/JasBeanie)
the Jasmine Infinity Scarf (https://bit.ly/JasInfScarf)
the Jasmine Skirt (https://bit.ly/JasSkirt)
the Jasmine Purse (https://bit.ly/JasPurse)
the Jasmine Pillow (https://bit.ly/JasPillow)
the Jasmine Pacifier Clip (https://bit.ly/RavPacClip)
the Jasmine Candle Cozy (https://bit.ly/JasCandleCozy)
the Jasmine Cup Cozy (https://bit.ly/JasCupCozy)
Once you have crocheted the Seat Cushion, it is time to felt it. Felting gives the stylish look and makes the Chair Pad extra chunky. In the pattern I describe how to felt the Crochet Mat in a washing machine.
Using this pattern, you can make a gorgeous and very special Crochet Chair Cushion for yourself or someone you love ❤️ I am here to help you do just that! Please send me an e-mail if you have comments or questions!
