How can you resist Jasper the Tom Kitten’s promise NOT to scratch your best furniture or run up and down your curtains?!

An easy to follow, delightful pattern for your very own Jasper the Tom Kitten.

The pattern is 8 pages long and contains over 20 pictures to help you along the way. I have also included a little tutorial on how to gather a cast on seam if this technique is not familiar to you.

There is a small amount of intarsia but nothing that should get you worked up into a frantic knitting frenzy! Again, if you prefer to knit his head and body in one plain colour then that works just fine too! I have included written instructions and also charted the body intarsia colour changes if you prefer to work from a chart.

Skills Required- knit, purl, increasing and decreasing, casting on and off, intarsia (optional but looks nice!), basic sewing skills

Materials required - 3.25mm knitting needles, DK yarn, safety eyes, safety nose, toy stuffing, black embroidery floss, blunt ended sewing needle.

Your finished Jasper Tom Kitten will be 16cm/6.5in high.
