PATTERN STORY
As you do, sometimes you find yourself shopping your boyfriend’s closet. Mine had this green sweater that was my favroite. I wanted to recreate it in a special wool yarn.

SKILLS NEEDED
Cast on, increasing stitches, decreasing stitches, picking up stitches.
This pattern is appropriate for an advanced beginner.

GARMENT CONSTRUCTION
The front and back body are knit in pieces and sewn together. Then you knit the collar. After that, you pick up the sleeves from the armholes and knit down to the cuff.

Studio Donegal Soft Marl 9590
190 m / 210 yds per 100g
6 skeins used - The amount of yarn used may vary depending on how you knit.

GAUGE & NEEDLES
Gauge is 14 sts / 24 rows per 10 cm / 4 in stockinette with 4.5mm / US7 needles
