Both chic and warm, this highly textured hat is a quick-to-knit project that can be worked in a few hours.

I chose a variegated yarn in rich colours for this design, but any other yarn corresponding to the gauge will showcase the textured motif as well.

This unisex hat comes in 4 sizes :

• baby (B): to fit head circumference 35.5-40.5 cm (14-16”), height 14.5 cm (5.7’’)
• child (C): to fit head circumference 45.5-50.5 cm (18-20”), height 18.5 cm (7.25’’)
• adult (A): to fit head circumference 50.5-56 cm (20-22”), height 21 cm (8.25’’)
• large adult (L): to fit head circumference 56-61 cm (22-24”) height 23.5 cm (9.25”)

Pattern includes written and charted instructions.

The stitch is inspired from a book my grand-mother Jeanne gave me when I was 7.
The picture shows her around 1920.

Il est très confortable et agréable à porter grâce à son point très souple et élastique.
Contrairement aux apparences, le motif de ce joli bonnet tricoté en rond ne nécessite que peu de notions en dehors des points de base.
Les instructions sont entièrement écrites, et une grille est fournie pour le point en relief.

Ce modèle vous est proposé en quatre tailles:

• B (bébé) : pour un tour de tête de 35,5-40.5 cm.
• E (enfant) : pour un tour de tête de 45,5-50.5 cm.
• A (adulte) : pour un tour de tête de 50,5-56 cm.
• G (grande taille adulte) : pour un tour de tête de 56-61 cm.

Pour le créer, je me suis inspirée d’un livre que ma grand-mère Jeanne m’a légué quand j’avais 7 ans.
