Pattern lists needles as:

Size 4 or 5: 24” Circular (or longer) for rib border (size to obtain gauge).

Size 5 or 6: 24” Circular (or longer) for body; 16” circular for armhole and neckline borders (size to obtain gauge).

Spare circular needles in smaller sizes to use as stitch holders.
