Finished item measures about 5 inches in diameter
14 inches around, and 4 inches tall (top of body to
bottom of ruffle. Total length is roughly 9.5” depending
on length of tentacles.

You will need to know how to make a magic ring/circle, crochet in the round, increase/decrease, single/double/treble crochet.
