This pattern comes in two parts, making the circular cap and making the tendrils. Beading on the tendrils is optional, but I love how it looks with beads.
I designed the pattern to work with any yarn weight and hook size so you can make it small enough for a tree ornament or big enough for a lamp shade if someone really wants an ocean-themed room.
