This hat was designed for my daughter-in-law as a special request. She wanted a warm hat with a simple cable design to wear during the cold Philadelphia winters.The cable band is worked flat to desired head circumference then seamed. Instructions create a 22” circumference but instructions are given to customize this number. Stitches are then picked up along the edge and crown is completed in the round using stockinette stitch. Stitch pattern is charted and written to allow for individual preferences.
