Jillian is an easy to work sideways shawl that particularly shows of the beauty of semi-solid or tonal yarns. The pattern is written in both complete line by line text and line by line charts so you can choose to work from whichever way you are most comfortable.

MATERIALS
~ 1 skein Studio June Yarn Super Cash Sock (435 yards per 100 grams). Approximately 400 yards were used in the model shown. May use any suitable yarn substitute
~ 1 set U.S. #6 (4 mm) or circular needle (there is no knitting in the round)
~ 7 stitch markers

Gauge – approx 22 sts.x 24 rows= 4” in pattern stitch blocked on #6 needle or appropriate needle to get gauge. Totally exact gauge is not needed if you are satisfied with the look of your swatch and it compares to main picture on pattern
