Joan Cardigan
Joan is a beautiful raglan cardigan with long sleeves and a V-neckline. The cardigan has narrow stripes and a contrast edge, which is knitted along with the front pieces.
The cardigan is knitted from the top down.
The neckline edge is knit first, picking up stitches for the yoke. Then, raglan and V-neck increases are worked, with the front edge knitted along the front pieces.
When the yoke is complete, the work is divided into body and sleeves, which are knitted separately. Both the body and sleeves are finished with ribbing.
The entire garment is worked in stockinette with narrow stripes, and the front edges are knitted along the project in intarsia with the contrast color.
