Detailed description of the knitted shirt “Joan”.

GARMENT DESCRIPTION: Straight silhouette. Square armhole. Neckline with buttoned plackets. Bishop sleeve with an elongated cuff.

SIZES (bust, cm) for the height from 160-175 cm / 5’2” - 5’9”:

XS (78–82 cm / 30 3’4”- 32 1/4”)
S (86–90 cm / 34” - 35 1/2”)
M (94–98 cm / 37” - 38 1/2”)
L (102–108 cm / 40 1/4” - 42 1/2”)

MATERIALS
I used yarn:
CAMAROSE Pima bomuld (100% pima cotton): 50 g – 200 m
Needed: XS – 230 g; S – 250 g; M – 280 g; L – 320 g

Recommended substitution (based on the yarn successfully used by testers): 1) Kutnor Viverone (70% super kid mohair, 30% silk) 25 g – 237 m (double stranded) - ! Due to the certain specifics of this yarn it is recommended to knit a garment one size down. 2) Alize Bella (100% cotton) 50 g – 180 m. 3) Drops Baby Alpaca Silk (70% - alpaca, 30% silk) 50g – 167 m.

• You can use any yarn that is similar in weight and length (whether cones or skeins).
• When substituting yarn pay closer attention to the yarn content, it has to be similar to the original, otherwise you might need more yarn!
