Very small amounts of yarn were used. That was the purpose behind making this pattern, I wanted a super quick project that would work up fast, with little yarn and be fairly cute.

Snowman and hat are knitted and the little bits are crocheted..

Gauge is not important as you could pretty much use whatever yarn you want-but make sure you use needles that give you a tight gauge.

This was made to be a White Elephant Gift for my neighbor who, last year, gave me her son’s boxer shorts. I thought I would turn the tables on her and use those boxer shorts in a Christmas ornament.

This pattern has only been tested by myself and one other (thank you so much vex8-you are a rockstar!)-I threw it together pretty quick but wanted to share it with my favorite community in the world! Ravelry! So, please, if you find an error just let me know-I’ll do my best to get it resolved.
