The loose-fitting smock shape and drop-shoulder of this Guernsey make it comfortable to wear and also easy to knit. The yoke is worked on #7 Single Pointed needles in Scottish Fleet pattern stitches; the body is worked on a #8 Circular needle in Plain Knit with two rounds of purl stitches worked in every seventh and eight rounds. A popular feature of this design is that it has that wonderful round needle feature - when your knitting is done the sweater is done! It is seamless! John’s Guernsey is a suitable design for the intermediate knitter.

Sizes 34 through 46.
Also available in Children’s sizes made in sport weight as Pattern #C882.
