“John’s new pullover” for a young boy, Stitchcraft magazine, March 1960.

To fit 25-26 (27-28) (29-30) inch chest with 1-2 inches positive ease. Uses 7 (8) (9) ounces Patons Purple Heather Fingering in Moonstone 217 and 1 ounce each (all sizes) of Horizon Blue 6047 and Camel 1910. Sadly, there is no color photo in the magazine.

The dot pattern is stranded in two colors and the stripes are plain stripes. The stitch pattern for the main section is stockinette stitch with every 6th (WS) row knitted to give a ridge on the RS.
