The lace on this cowl reminds me of the icefalls in Johnston Canyon on the Bow Valley Parkway. The Lower and Upper falls are resplendent in an icy white “fabric” during the long Canadian winter months. The frozen cascades tumble and fall in crystalline elegance, just like the lace pattern of this cowl.
