Skill level: INTERMEDIATE

You should know the basic stiches: chain stitch, slip stitch. All the other sticthes used in the pattern are explained.
If the stitch in the pattern in new to to you, I recommend practicing it, before starting the actual project. Check the short video tutorial for the stitch in my IGTV @capitanauncinocrochet.

This pattern is written in English, in standard American terms and includes lot of photos of the process.

This Sweater is made mainly with Slip Stitches and ch sts.

Pattern includes instructions for 5 different sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL.

Instructions for 2 different lengths> cropped and long/dress (2 separate files).

NOTE, that the instructions are written for the striped dress and striped cropped sweater, but you can work with one color just by ignoring the instructions for the color changes.

• Yarn is Super Chunky/6/super bulky weight yarn. The Cropped Sweater in the picture is made by mixing James C Brett Amazon Super Chunky (color J16 Koala), King Cole Super Value Super Chunky (color 14 Oatmeal and 3310 Cameo) and the dress with only one color is made with Sublime Lola. Other yarn suggestions> Hayfield Super Chunky With Wool, Wendy With Wool Super Chunky, Rico Creative Filz.
• Crochet hook: 12mm/O/17 for the body and sleeves. Smaller hook, 8mm/L/11 for the collar and cuffs.
• Stitch markers.

“Joiku” is unique form of music for cultural expression for the Sami people.
