JoJo's (Fingerless Mitts)
A quick and easy pattern for fingerless mitts. I made this pair in an evening, so they’re ideal for a last-minute gift.
This is the second pair I made - done in a rush so that I could write up the pattern - and I made a mistake!! You can even see it in the pic! Darn!!!!!!
I forgot to work into the dc to the left of the increase on the mitt on the right, so no increase there… I frogged and fixed the mitt, but feel it’s too much bother to fix photograph in the PDF.
Note: I don’t have dainty hands - so if your mitts are loose at the knuckle, you may need to decrease one mesh after the thumb. Or see goodgirlsaturday’s pretty variation here.
For a small chid’s size Jo-Jo’s (to fit a 4 year-old), see psych3d’s cute Mini Mitts for Mini Me project notes.
