Joop
Looking for a cozy Henley? Look no further. Joop is a completely seamless, top down Henley featuring squishy seed stitch, and a lovely stripe pattern, and faux seams. It looks great in either the stripe pattern, which is fantastic for using up leftover balls of sock yarn, or in a single color.
What’s a Joop? We recently purchased a custom antique Jeep. When we picked it up, I immediately noticed it didn’t yet have the “Jeep” decals on the side - instead, it had raised metal letters where the decals were going to go. However, the holes in the letter “e” weren’t recessed, making it look like “Joop” instead of “Jeep.” The Jeep now has the decals, but since I was working on this project when we picked it up, I decided to honor the Jeep by naming my design after it.
Joop is offered in 12 sizes, with three options for waist shaping. The pattern includes two files, one with the different sizes color coded, and the other with all the sizes in black. The pattern provides written instructions with a chart for the stripe pattern. A schematic is also included. Please note that the stripes are only provided in chart form, and color changes are not noted throughout the written pattern.
