The Josefine Sweater Chunky is a classic raglan sweater with a large floral pattern. The
sweater is worked using two colours, and the third colour is added at the end using
duplicate stitch.
The sweater is worked top-down with short-row shaping at the neck and increases along
the sleeves and body. The pattern contains instructions for a turtleneck and folded
neckband.

Width:

Length:
51 (51) 51 (51) 51 (60) 60 (60) 60 (60) cm (excl. the folded neckband).

Suggested yarn:
Colour A: 350 (400) 450 (500) 500 (550) 600 (650) 700 (700) g Fivel by Rauma Garn (100m/50g).

Gauge:
20 stitches x 20 rounds on 6 mm needles – or whichever needed to obtain gauge – in stranded knitting = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
20 stitches on 4.5 mm needles – or whichever needed to obtain gauge – in 1x1 ribbing = 10 cm after washing and blocking.
NB: as the sweater is worked in the round, it is very important that the gauge swatch is also worked in the round.

Suggested needles:
6 mm circular needles (40 and 80 or 100 cm) and 4.5 mm circular needles (40 and 80 or 100 cm).

Please note that sizes 4XL and 5XL have not been testkitted. They have been released with the pattern to remove the hurdle of having to ask or commit to a testknit.
