This bucket hat was designed with my sweet friend Josefine in mind. The yarn specifically called to me, showcasing how bright and cheery she is, but also soft and incredibly strong. I really think this hat encapsulates all of that. It fits up to a 22 inch / 51 - 56 cm head and is structured enough with the single crochets that it doesn’t fall into your face.

Crocheted from the top down using a magic circle starting method. The bucket hat is worked with 1 strand of solid and 1 strand of print held together. The bucket hat features an “iris stitch”, or shell, border. This is a beginner/advanced beginner pattern, needing to know how to increase and work in the 3rd loop. Blocking recommended, machine wash and dryable. Instructions for blocking are included.
