The Josephine Blanket is the second pattern in the Josephine Collection. This crochet blanket pattern creates a beautiful lightweight blanket perfect for those slightly cool days. The pattern instructions are for a 36” x 36” blanket, the right size for a lap blanket or a baby blanket. It can be made larger by adding rounds. The Josephine Blanket can also be made with a heavier weight yarn, creating a thicker, larger, warmer blanket for the winter months.

I used 4 skeins of Stylecraft Special double knit (100g/322 yds per skein) in the color Lemon.
This pattern will work with any weight yarn. Changing the yarn will result in a larger/heavier blanket or a smaller/lighter weight blanket. Remember to use the appropriate size hook for the yarn you are using.
