I often have multiple projects going on, and often one project inspires the next. I was working on re-creating a project from my childhood when I saw how the edge fit together, and I was instantly inspired to take the concept into a hat. I know some people struggle with hats that work from the top down with increasing, so this hat eliminates that. Using super bulky yarn, it works up quickly.

Materials
Medium adult: size L hook for hat, size K hook for brim
Tween/teen: size K hook for hat, size J hook for brim
Lion Brand Hometown USA: (2 5oz skeins should be plenty; 2 4oz skeins might not be enough)
1 skein color A
1 skein color B
Optional: large Clover Pom-Pom Maker (3 3/8 inch)
