Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, Josie the kangaroo and baby Roo are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). They’re filled with easy shaping in simple stocking and garter stitch.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm straight single pointed knitting needles (US 4)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Hayfield Bonus DK in Oatmeal; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/280m skein

NOTIONS
A darning or tapestry needle for seaming, Toy filling, and Beads/buttons for eyes

SIZES
One size only - Josie is 24cm tall (seated) and Roo is 8cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
