WHAT IS IT
JOSIE BAG
A crochet pattern for a textured beach/party tote bag using my self-invented 123-stitch. The bag can be worn on the shoulder or on the arm/in your hand. If you use raffia remember not to carry heavy items in the bag. Jute is more durable and can hold heavier objects. The bottom of the bag is flat so it’s able to stand on it’s own - the bigger the bottom surface is the more it can stand. This also allows for more space in the bag.
You can follow the pattern instructions or measure along as you go to get the size you want. The bag is very simple in construction and can therefore easily be made smaller or bigger. The pattern doesn’t have any decreases or increases. The pattern has been tested by Josefine (big beige bag) & Antigoni (small brown bag). Thank you so much for your help!
