Jots & Iotas
Designed to use up and showcase every precious bit of your sock yarn scrap bin, this blanket uses a variety of techniques to keep even the experienced crocheter’s interest piqued!
Self-patterning, solid, gradient, and variegated yarn can all be used to good effect, and most sections require just under 5 grams or just under 10 grams, making this a perfect project for the mini-skein addict. Pattern calls for 200 grams of black fingering weight yarn and 400 grams of fingering weight scraps or colors.
Although the pattern is written predominantly for a fingering-weight baby blanket, instructions are included for a very straightforward modification into a worsted-weight queen-sized afghan.
Beware, there are lots of ends to weave in!
Extra-special thanks to my testers: PurpleSnowdrop, marfi236, and mrsmouse1.
Note to those who already own Stained Glass Magic: this pattern is half-price just for you! No coupon code needed if you purchased SGM through Ravelry.
