Journey Home Cardigan
You’ll feel as though you’re wrapped up in a cocoon in this adorable cardigan! A llama/Merino blend yarn gives this sweater character, class, and coziness. Worked in pieces and seamed, the Journey Home Cardigan makes a great on-the-go project in between hayrides and apple picking this autumn season.
Difficulty Easy
Finished Size 31 (34½, 37¾, 41½, 45½)“ bust circumference without 5½” wide collar. Sample shown measures 31”, modeled with 2½“ negative ease.
Yarn Sugar Bush Yarns Rapture (50% LlamaSoft, 50% superfine Merino wool; 211 yd 193 m/ 3½ oz 100 g): #1009 fierce flame, 8 (9, 9, 10, 11) skeins.
Hook Size 7 (4.5 mm) and H/8 (5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions Yarn needle.
Gauge 15 sts and 12 rows = 4” in esc with larger hook, blocked; 20 sts and 14 rows = 4” in sc blo with smaller hook, blocked.

NOTES
- Cardigan is worked in pieces from the bottom up, blocked, then seamed. Steam-block the collar edges so that the curves don’t pucker.
