A twist on the granny square blanket! This pattern is an ideal way to use up leftover yarn and keep your furry friend cosy and warm at the same time. This jumper is worked one square at a time with the option to join the squares as you go or, to sew or crochet them together later. Instructions are given for four sizes each with details for two back length measurements.

If you require an in-between size it is possible to finely adjust the size. You will need to make the smaller size and add a round of double crochet or half treble crochet to each square. This will cause the jumper’s finished measurement to be adjusted.

Written with UK terms, only a basic knowledge of crochet is needed for this pattern. The stitches include chain, slip stitch, half treble crochet, treble crochet, front and back post treble crochet. The pattern uses a double knitting weight yarn and a 4.00mm (G-6) crochet hook.
