It uses basic stitches, a basic knowledge of crochet is assumed.
Gauge is not important. I crochet to a normal tension & mine came out at just over 18 1/2” tall approx.
but adjusting the hook size further will adjust the size.

Pale Yellow/ Cream, bright yellow– 50g DK
Bright Blue- 25g
Small Amounts- Cerise pink, white & navy blue.
