This hat is a great project for those who’d like to get started with cable knitting and a satisfying knit for those who are cable pro’s! You’ll need less than one skein of DK weight yarn, a stitch marker, cable needle and US4 and US6 size circular needles or DPN’s. It comes in one size - adult - and can fit head circumferences of up to 25”. The long ribbed brim keeps the hat snug around your face. If you’d like to make this hat for a little one in your life, just use fingering weight yarn with a tighter gauge. The pattern has written instructions as well as a chart.
