Thank you for purchasing my new pattern - Joy’s Starburst Cushion Cover! This project was originally designed for Crate Crochet and I’m so thrilled to share it now. This cushion cover features a mix of beautifully textured stitches that, when worked in contrasting colours, creates a unique and stunning accessory for your house.

Joy’s Starburst Cushion Cover is designed to fit a Size 14 cushion insert, with a finished dimension of 35cm x 35cm / 13.75” x 13.75”. There’s also a full video tutorial and written instructions provided (US Terms).

There are several sizing checks throughout the pattern - as the centre part is worked in front post sts, the work has a tendency to tighten up. I strongly recommend measuring your work as you go.

For this project, you’ll need:

• 5mm hook
• 4 x Fiddlesticks Finch cotton in one colour and 1 x Finch cotton in a contrast colour
• Size 14 cushion insert
• 2 x 25mm buttons

If you’d prefer a more classic look, remove the contrast colour and just work the cover in the one colour.
