I made this tea cosy for a local charity for their Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Many people have asked for the pattern so here it is. I used pure merino dk yarn from my stash which was discontinued a long time ago but any dk that knits to the same tension will be fine. It’s come in handy here as well as decreasing my stash very slightly. A pom pom maker makes the huge pom pom easy to make. 

It’s an easy make and can be made in other colours for other celebrations as well.
