If you have mastered the single crochet, half double crochet, and chain stitch this is a great pattern for you! The simple stitch combination creates a lightweight dishcloth and towel set.
Perfect for beginner practice and quick to work up for the advanced crocheter.
MATERIALS
• Lily Sugar ‘n Cream Cotton Yarn, Super Size, 4 ounces, 190 yards
o 1 ½ skeins Warm Brown
• 5.5 mm I-9 hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
PATTERN NOTES
• This pattern is suitable for any worsted #4 weight cotton/cotton blend yarn.
• Adjust your hook size to reflect the yarn chosen.
• I recommend crocheting the dishcloth first to be used as a gauge swatch.
• Dishcloth measures 7 in x 7 in once completed, if you want to change the width increase/decrease in sets of 2.
• Towel measures 13 in x 17 in once completed. The size can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the starting chain by sets of 2 for the width, increasing/decreasing the number of times rows 3 and 4 are repeated for the length
