The Juliette cowl is an ideal project for mini skeins or scrap yarn. It allows for endless color combinations, and the colorwork pattern makes them blend perfectly. You can either choose to work with high contrast colors, or you can create a more subtle color change with similar colors.

The cowl is knitted in the round as a tube, which is seamlessly grafted together thanks to the provisional cast on. Before connecting the ends, the tube is twisted which creates a twist in the cowl. There’s no need to weave in ends, as they’re on the inside of the tube.

As the cowl fits everyone, it’s not crucial to achieve the exact gauge used in this pattern. The cowl length can be easily adjusted as well.
